Fire! Fire! While Malaysia Celebrates 52nd Anniversary

While Malaysia celebrated its 52nd anniversary and most Malaysia either relaxed at home or were busy scrambling doing their last minute shopping at all the major shopping malls being the last day of the too often Malaysian Mega Sales, people in Kepong Baru witnessed a major fire at the light industrial park which sits too close to residential areas.

The fire started around half past 5. This picture was taken at 6 pm when the fire fighters just arrived. The whole factory burned out when we visited it at around 7.30 pm. Fire fighters were still there trying to douse the thick smoke that was coming out of the building.

Bravo to the brave fire men who risk their lives to save others peoples lives and property.
