When Does KL Roads Look So Clear?

When and how often does the roads in KL look this clear?

These pictures were taken at 7.30 am in the morning when even the moon hasnt gone to bed yet. Oh how I wish it was like this in the evening.

And no, these pictures werent taken during school holidays when the roads are relatively less packed with cars. This was a normal working day.
