Well, it's no longer IBM's Thinkpad, its now Lenovo's Thinkpad and despite the old, clunky look, its still one of the most efficient laptops in terms of heat dissipation.
My wife was just given a Thinkpad and despite leaving it switched-on for hours, its keypad is still cool as ever compared to my darn Dell and Acer laptops, which become so hot that I can probably cook an egg on them daily.
Efficiency over style - that's the Lenovo Thinkpad for you.
