Peace For The Sense

When you ae under stress, it becomes difficult to concentrate. But you can break out of the stress trap!

  • Short Breaks
    If you think stress is getting t you, it might help to sit dwn and relax for a couple of minutes. Close you eyes, think of something pleasant and count slowly to five while breathing in and out.

  • Useful Techniques
    Sometimes you need help to find stress. Some form of exercise is often the key, and can be more effective than simple relaxation. The following tried and tested stress-fighters all require exercise : yoga, autogenic training, kinesiology and muscle relaxation.
