A Day Without Water
How would you go about your day without water for 24 hours?
That is what the people of Penang, Seberang Prai and Juru are going through today. What could be so important that water has to be halted for 24 hours?
No, it wasnt polluted water as the water was coming from the dam. But my guess is they were changing the main pipes coming out of the dam, which meant no water to the rest of the state. Anyway, waters back.

Even so, could they not do it in stages?
perhaps they could. but what if it was polluted water and could cause harm?
