30-second Rule
When you meet someone, say something nice to them within the first 30 seconds.
Dont lie, dont fake, observe the person in front of you and say something nice to them.
"Mark, nice tie"
"Jane, good morning. You look cheerful this morning"
Try this method and see how you can spread joy to others. Complimenting others means you care enough of the other person to observe something of them to make a insightful comment.
Be nice, the world is a wonderful place...it is our only place.
