"Some men have thousands of reasons why they cannot do what they want to, when all they need is one reason why they can."
- Martha Graham
Martha Graham was an American dancer and choreographer and was considered to be one of the pioneers of modern dance. She was the first dancer to accomplish feats such as: perform at The White House, travel abroad as a cultural ambassador and receive the highest civilian award, the Medal of Freedom. Martha Graham's career as a dancer and choreographer lasted for more than seventy years.
Here's one last quote from Martha Graham:
"Practice means to perform, over and over again in the face of all obstacles, some act of vision, of faith, of desire. Practice is a means of inviting the perfection desired."
